• 报告内容与个人期望不符
• 已阅读部分内容后申请退款
• 操作失误选错了类型
命理占卜属于参考性内容，结果因人因时而异，平台不对命理预测结果的准确性承担责任。
• 会员订阅开始后7天内，若从未使用任何付费功能，可申请全额退款
• 7天后不支持退款，但可随时取消续费，当前周期继续有效
• 取消续费：进入个人中心 → 会员管理 → 取消订阅

Per international digital content regulations, once a report is generated, the service is considered delivered and is non-refundable.
The following are platform errors — we guarantee a full refund:
• Payment succeeded but report was never generated (blank page / server error)
• Duplicate charge on the same order
• Payment anomaly caused by platform system failure
• Report was generated but you are unsatisfied with the content
• Report does not match personal expectations
• Refund requested after partial reading
• Wrong product selected by user error
